5th Down Program

The 5th Down is an innovative discussion series led by high school athletes, exploring identity and life planning beyond their sports careers. This initiative tackles the critical question: “Who am I if I am not my sport?”

Our program provides a unique platform for athletes to lead discussions on transitioning from high school sports to adult life. Through youth-led conversations and expert-led workshops, participants delve into identity exploration, life planning, and essential survival skills.

• Identity Exploration: Reflect on personal passions, values, and skills beyond athletic achievements.

• Life Planning Workshops: Gain practical tools and guidance from professionals in career development and mental health.
