The Conditions We Create Data Reveal

The Conditions We Create is an immersive, youth-informed experience bringing together data, stories, and

community insight from a participating cohort of young people in Connecticut. The event invites adults and

systems leaders to examine the conditions shaping how young people experience transition and consider

what we are willing to see and build differently.

My People provides program infrastructure, staff support, partner relationships, and implementation capacity
