Housing Stability for Young Adults Who Are Ready to Grow
We serve young adults (ages 18–26) who are currently invovled with the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) and who are ready to build life skills, take ownership of their future, and live within a supportive, community-centered environment.

Our Story
What Supportive Housing Means at MPCS
Our housing programs are built on relationships, not just rules. Every resident receives one-on-one support from dedicated staff, access to resources that foster growth, and a clear framework for accountability and progress.
We believe young adults do best when they feel safe, seen, and supported, and our programs are designed to make that possible.
What We Provide
Stable housing for DMHAS involved young adults ages 18–26
Individualized support plans tailored to life goals and needs
Life skills development (budgeting, employment readiness, education planning, health and wellness)
Coaching and case management from trained, culturally responsive staff
A community environment that encourages growth, trust, and personal responsibility
How Our Housing Programs Support Growth That Lasts
At My People Community Services, we offer five supportive housing programs designed to meet a range of needs for young adults ages 18–26. Each program offers more than a place to live, it’s a structured environment where residents can build skills, set goals, and take ownership of their future.
While each program serves a different population or referral pathway, they all share one core purpose: helping young adults create stable, independent lives rooted in confidence and community.
Through our housing programs, participants:

Build consistent habits and daily routines that support independence
Strengthen emotional awareness and decision-making skills
Learn how to navigate life systems, from employment to education to wellness
Experience belonging in a space that believes in their growth

We don’t just provide housing
We provide a foundation for what’s next.
Our Supportive Housing programs are made possible through strong partnerships and community investment. If you’re a funder, partner, case worker, or agency interested in learning more about our work, or supporting the success of young adults in our program, we’d love to connect.
