Turning Readiness Into Reality for Youth Ages 14–17
LAUNCH helps young people involved with the Department of Children & Families (DCF) build the confidence, life skills, and real-world experience needed to move toward independence. Through one-on-one support, financial literacy, and intentional goal-setting, we help youth move from surviving to preparing and thriving.

A Personalized Path Toward Independence
No two youth have the same story, which is why we don’t use one-size-fits-all plans. LAUNCH starts with a clear understanding of each participant’s goals and builds a support system that fits.
We Build Skills That Actually Move Lives Forward
Youth in LAUNCH get:
-
A plan tailored to their goals and strengths
-
Weekly coaching from trained Life Skills Specialists
-
Practice with decision-making, money management, and career readiness
-
Hands-on learning and guidance, not just worksheets
-
Support applying to jobs, schools, or programs that match their vision
Every Journey Begins with Clarity, That’s Where We Start
Casey Life Skills Assessments

What Youth Walk Away With, and Why We Stay the Course
In LAUNCH, success isn’t measured by checklists; it’s measured by real change. Youth leave with stronger decision-making, clearer direction, and a deeper belief in what they’re capable of. They gain:
A stronger sense of purpose and personal direction
Confidence navigating life’s everyday choices
Practical tools for managing money, education, and work
Reliable relationships with caring, consistent adults
Community through shared group experiences
Financial incentives that reward commitment and growth
Most participants stay with us for at least 6 months, with the option to continue up to 1 year. And if life gets in the way? They can return after a break, because we know growth isn’t always linear, and we don’t give up on people.
