Supporting Students Through Major Life Transitions

Life After High School (LAHS) is a student‑centered initiative designed to help young people navigate key transition points, whether they’re entering high school, preparing to graduate, or planning their next steps after school. We give students the tools, confidence, and support they need to move forward with clarity, purpose, and self‑direction.

What LAHS Does

LAHS supports students by combining structured guidance, real‑world learning, and culturally responsive coaching so they can define their goals and confidently pursue them. Our work begins well before graduation and continues into the early years of post‑school life.

What Students Gain Through LAHS

  • A clear plan for life beyond school, whether college, career, vocational training, military service, entrepreneurship, or other paths.

  • Personalized support to set and track goals that align with their strengths and aspirations.

  • Access to real‑world learning opportunities, skill‑building, and self‑exploration.

  • A supportive network of adults and peers who help them navigate transitions with confidence.

Life Mapping & FutureU Finder Framework

This integrated framework combines guided identity and values exploration with a digital platform that supports self-discovery, career exploration, goal tracking, and college and career planning. Together, these tools help students translate insight into clear, actionable next steps after high school.

We Support Schools Where It’s Needed Most

Counselors are overwhelmed. Students are under-supported. We bridge that gap.

LAHS offers:

  • Dedicated transition programming for high school seniors and recent grads

  • Free readiness assessments to identify student strengths and needs

  • Culturally responsive training for educators and staff

We don’t replace school staff, we strengthen what’s already there.

We Walk With Students, And We Invite You to Walk With Us

Transitions don’t happen in a day. They happen in stages, and with the right support, those stages become turning points. Life After High School is built to guide students with belonging, clarity, and confidence. When young people feel seen and supported, they move forward with purpose.

Whether you’re a parent, school leader, or youth-serving organization, you can help make sure no student has to navigate this season alone. Let’s work together to open more doors and light the way forward.
