We Don’t Just Support People. We Walk With Them.
At My People Community Services, we believe everyone deserves access to support that’s culturally grounded, consistent, and deeply human. Our work is about more than programs; it’s about trust, belonging, and helping people build futures they believe in.
Our Story
Systems don’t change lives, people do.
Originally rooted in the work of My People Community Services, founded in 2005, our team saw firsthand how deeply communities needed support that honored culture, lived experience, and local leadership. In 2014, My People Community Services was established as a nonprofit to expand that mission and reach even further.
We created MPCS to meet people where they are, not where systems expect them to be. In 2022, we transitioned many core programs from the clinical side into the nonprofit to ensure greater access, flexibility, and long-term clinical investment.

it’s a commitment to walking alongside people as they grow, lead, and thrive
Today, we partner with youth, young adults, fathers, and families to provide guidance, housing, and connection through every life chapter.
Why We Exist
Too often, communities only get support after a crisis. At MPCS, we believe in meeting people earlier, with resources, guidance, and relationships that support long-term growth.
We exist to help people:
